Flats $14

Flats begin with Muddy Fork bread (both sourdough and gluten free options),a spread,

and then a chickpea flour-based flat and topped with local veggies and a sauce.

Flats will vary with the seasons and whims of our chefs, but you can see some examples of flats below.

  • Aster

    Flat with zesty fresh curry paste and cauliflower, topped off with tamarind date chutney, mint cilantro chutney and sev (a crunchy chickpea topping)

  • Breakfast Magnolia

    Flat with local squash and leeks, toasted sunflower seed and sage pesto, in-house Wolfe cheese and smoked toasted mushrooms on a toasted slice of Muddy Fork bread (gf option available).

  • Magnolia

    Local squash and leeks, toasted sunflower see and sage pesto, preerved Meyer lemon cashew cream, crispy chickpeas and fried age on a toasted slice of Muddy Fork bread

  • Dogwood

    Our take on a reuben made with marinated jackfruit, slaw, our in house 1000 island sauce and fresh dill

  • Violet

    Our banh mi influenced flat with crispy fried tofu, ginger tamarind sauce and topped with mint, cilantro, jalapeno and spicy mayo

Kebabs and Soups $8-10

Kebabs and Soups will vary with the season and what is available from local farmers.  

  • Coconut Squash Soup

    Garnished with a complementary gremolata of chili, lime zest, roasted peanuts and cilantro.

  • Pozole

    A hearty plant-based poloze with homney, local mushrooms and plenty of chili, topped with fresh garnish

  • White Miso Soup

    A tasty white miso soup, toped with radishes and black sesasme

Toasties $10

Lighter fare bursting with taste, texture and color

  • Redbud

    Bread and Roses kimchi, in-house Wolfe cheese, furikake and crispy garlic chips on a toasted slice of Muddy Fork bread (gf option available).

  • Honeysuckle

    Wild blueberry cardamom in-house made jam, in-house Wolfe cheese and dukkah on a toasted slice of Muddy Fork bread (gf option available).

    Our ice cream sundaes are 100% plant-based made from coconut cream and other goodness and change with the seasons and whims of our chefs.

  • Kombucha Floats $8

    If you have never had a kombucha float, you are in for a treat! We start with our homemade coconut cream based ice cream and then cover it with Elixir Kombucha on tap. Ice cream and kombucha flavors will vary.

  • Ice Cream Sundaes $8

    Ice cream flavor and toppings change weekly

Drinks

We offer $1 off on all of our drinks if you bring in a clean reusable cup for us to fill.

  • Elixir Kombucha on Tap $6

    We have a dual tap Kegerator on the truck so you will have a choice of two Elixir Kombucha flavors.

  • Chocolate Elixir with Toasted Marshmallow $6

    Our own everything from scratch chocolate elixir (think Polar Express hot chocolate as thick as melted chocolate bars) with a plant-based marshmallow toasted to order.

  • Golden Milk

    Our delicious plant-based golden milk with plenty of turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and other spices.
