Catch us on the weekly:

Tuesdays 11:00-2:00 (fall semester): We are serving up dinner in the the IMU Globe kitchen in the Bookmarket Cafeteria in the Wells Library.

Wednesdays 5:30-8:30 (fall semester): We are serving up dinner in the the IMU Globe kitchen in Eignemann Hall.

Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm (November through March): On most Saturdays, you can catch us the truck or we may have a booth indoors on some weekends at the Bloomington Winter Farmer’s Market at the Switchyard Pavillion. Check our social media or our events page to make sure we don’t have another commitment.

    Our Valentine’s Day Menu

    Eggplant Involtini •Baked eggplant rolled with creamy cashew ricotta, spinach, and fresh basil, finished in a rich tomato sauce.

    Herbed Potato Focaccia •24hr fermented dough topped with fresh herbs and layered potatoes.

    Garlic Confit Butter •Plant-based butter whipped with slow-roasted garlic. 

    Winter Chopped Salad (Festive greens matched with red/pink accents in a zesty balsamic dressing) •blood oranges • radishes • red endive • red onion • beets • toasted nuts

    We now offer catering and a completely different menu than what you will find on our truck! Let us work with you to make that event extra special with local seasonal goodness in sweet and savory bites, heavy appetizers, full meals and desserts.

  • Community Cooking Sessions

    The Vegan Brunch Feast (Sunday, December 14, 10:30 am)

    In this two hour course, we will make and eat a tasty and robust yet simple to prepare vegan breakfast/brunch.

    Four Quick Easy Plant-Based Dinners (Sunday, January 11, 5:00pm)In this two and a half hour course, we will make 4 main dishes and one super simple yet yummy dessert.

    We care about the environment and its inhabitants. See why our menu is plant-based and made as much as possible with organic ingredients, why we source as local as possible and why we don’t use single use plastic. And bring in a clean reusable cup anytime for $1 off any drink

  • The Food

    All of our food is plant-based and our menu changes frequently to accommodate featuring local and seasonal fare. For this reason, our current menu isn't listed, but you can get an idea of what our food is like by checking out our menu page. Because we are 100% plant-based all of our food is alpha-gal safe.
